The Hotel is beautiful , tastefully decorated with one of the largest rooms in Dubai. Breakfast was amazing, big variety of food and the staff were very friendly especially Ahmad who was very attentive. The Cigar Bar was amazing with a classic design that matches the cigars that were served there. Miss Yu and Miss Anna serving there were amazing and since I was spending a lot of time at the Cigar Bar they knew what I usually order and my drinks were ready every time I went there. The Spa was out of this world, great service in a relaxing and beautiful setting. My first expression was outstanding especially when I arrived early in the morning and Miss. Pamela at the front desk managed to let me have an early check in, she was very charming and helpful through out my stay there and made me feel home away from home. The hotel is beautiful , but the service and the staff are outstanding. I congratulate the hotel on having great staff.

Sheraton Grand Hotel asub Dubais Sheikh Zayed Roadil. Stiilne suitsuvaba hotell pakub maalilisi vaateid Dubai siluetile. Hotell asub 10-minutise jalutuskäigu kaugusel metroojaamast World Trade Centre.... Loved everything about our stay, was super happy with the room and especially the staff!!! They were so helpful at all times. I asked for a wheelchair for my mother in law and we given one when we needed one free of charge. I was also super happy to check in earlier and check out later! The staff were always around to help with lugguge, calling taxis or delivering items to the room.

Excellent location for reaching to DWTC. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast provide to you wide range of foods. Staff also very helpfull ; on the reception Ms. Sisha she is very quick for check-in process. From concierge Mr. Billy and Mr. Icaz also helpfull and they have good communucaiton.
