I absolutely LOVED this property!! You don't have to move your car unless you choose to do so. Very convenient to shopping and Food, you can walk to Pier Park and the beach within minutes. This unit has absolutely stunning views of the beach right from the balcony. I can't wait to book this BEAUTY again!!

I lived at Panama City Beach for quite some time! I have lots of friends that live there. I do like the west side of the beach also. Not as crowded. Getting around Panama City Beach in July or summer months can be very difficult! The restaurants are very crowded. I still love Panama City Beach and knew this before visiting. It is why I was so disappointed. I was a rental manager for several condos and had one of my own as an investment and to rent out. I always treated people the way I would want to be treated! I had 5 star reviews on the vacation rental websites...So much construction right now. It will be one of the largest cities in Florida unfortunately.

In general the beach is unbeatable. The Windham Hotel may have been a great place in its heyday but today it is a real disaster that is still running by a miracle, it is not worth spending money to repair it, it is worth demolishing it and instead build a new and comfortable hotel.Porro - Scored 1010
We loved the location of the beach!
We loved the location of the beach! We also liked the hotel as the valet service was right on que as well as the staff excluding the front desk agent that gave our room away 10 minuted after I called and let her know we would be arriving in 10 minutes. We were not late arriving so I did not understand why it had been given away. We ended up paying for a nicer room but receiving one of lesser value.terriUnited States - Scored 2.02.0

The worst room I have ever stayed in. The pictures on your booking site were not accurate. It was a filthy environment. From the dirt and dust on the ceiling fans to the air freshener places at the door. It was terrible. The dirty covers to the stains on the curtains and on the nasty couch. By the way. It’s good for shopping and beaches. One section seems to be more family friendly and the other end more of the younger party scene. Traffic is bad! The wait times at the restaurants are very long. Fast food is awful! Eat early to avoid the longer wait times if that’s an issue.AAnonymous
