There is no water in the room (bottles) available in the bedrooms. The receptionist said that New Zealand water is pure, so we do not provide water bottles in the room. Additionally, there is no toothpaste provided. The body shower gel was also insufficient in quantity. On the positive side, the location is great, the staff is okay, and the food is good.

We had a weekend getaway and found the hotel and room to be very nice and good value for money. We did pay for parking but was reasonably priced in comparison to others. During the summer we probably would have walked to town.

The best things were the Altitude NZ tour with Shannay of winery’s and some great towns including Arrowtown. The restaurants especially Blue Kanu and Botswana Butchery were excellent with exceptional food and service. fergburgers and Ferg Bakery were excellent.don’t forget to visit the gardens for a walk and if you get to do the cruise to Walters Peak Farm have the bbq buffet and check out the farm show.
This boutique guest house was incredible!
My partner and I stayed for 3 nights. The staff were amazing & extremely accommodating - from an early check in to overall service.
The location was fantastic as well. Queenstown is built on a hill. It was just 1 steep street to the city centre. Couldn’t have been easier to get to and from town.
The bed. We usually stay in mainstream hotels, but the mattresses are always terrible. Our room had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed on.
View of lake from the balcony is amazing, and its nice to be very close to town centre but also close to all the amenities in frankton and the airport. 2 parking spaces included. Comfortable beds and lounge area, good amount of space in the kitchen dining area. Whole apartment was clean and check in process was easy. Was around $1000 dollars cheaper than a comparable apartment in the same complex on Air Bnb so much better value for money despite higher Queenstown rates generally.
Located just a few minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown. The Hotel offers a courtesy bus to drop you off and pick you up which is very helpful. Beautiful views from the room of the mountain and lake. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and showed us to our room with a quick tour. The room was a large size and featured a spa bath and fantastic shower.
Service is extremely consistent. This hotel has become a favourite for apartment-style living in Queenstown. Apartments are of a consistent standard and offer all the comforts of home. In-room laundry is a real added bonus.
Breakfast menu is varied and kept fresh and hot.
Excellent management of bool-water requirements currently in place.
