We stayed overnight to attend a wedding at the hotel & have a staycation at the same time.
The suite we booked was spacious.
The wedding food served was impressive.
The ballroom was grand.
And the next day breakfast did not disappoint.

- Fantastic location, with the hotel having an internal opening that directly leads to the NU Sentral shopping mall and the KL Sentral station
- Staff were friendly
- The breakfast buffet was excellent.
NB: Bacon and eggs are a popular breakfast buffet option in most international hotels, however there did not appear to be any bacon/pork in this buffet, likely due to religious reasons.

Great customer service Jul 2024.
Absolutely delighted by the service rendered by all staffs in Impiana. Reached the hotel way too early than usual check-in. The Hotel was expecting a large number of guests from around the world due to an event. However, Manager Karen, didn't disappoint us, when we were there. She received us with a big smile over the counter. Check through our booking detail and we had a room at 12pm. Wowz! She is such a sweetheart! The room was super tidy and spacious. Loving it. Check out was a breeze too. Concierge Syafiq attended to us till we board our grab. We even managed to catch a small talk with him. Nice Guy! Thank you so much Karen and Syafiq for the pleasant customer service. Look out for this two staffs when you're there. Would recommended this hotel to all of my family and this wouldn't be my last. Till we meet again!

The city itself is full of lights, sights, sounds and smells that will not disappoint. Depending on your purpose to come to this destination, as a city break for us 2 nights was enough.
It is easy to get around using 'Grab' however do allow time for traffic as there are currently a lot of roadworks going on throughout the city that can lead to delays (we missed our bus to Langkawi due to being stuck in traffic!)
Batucaves is a must see as it is so unique and provides a different perspective to a citybreak. The monkeys are cute to look at but be careful of your bags as they are not shy to take a look through them and grab any food that you may have in your hands!
Multiple choice of foods available to you and very reasonable prices.
Night market is quite a sight if you do not mind the smell of raw meat/animal organs and fish being cooked.
People are really friendly, it is a very safe place to be, there is a real display of wealth around the Petronas Towers and through designer shops in shopping malls and then you have the back streets with the smaller one man businesses that are far better to go to.
As we were short of time I think we managed to see all that we wanted to in Kuala Lumpur and feel that we have now ticked that box and should explore other areas in Malysia for sure. It was a good taster!

There are so many interesting things to see.
There are so many interesting things to see. China town is a bustle of hawkers and shops who all want your money, but without pressure.
Easy walk to all the important historic sites, temples, mosques, and museums.
Many shopping malls and the central market within 5 minutes walk.
Hundreds of eating places from street side to fancy restaurants.
5 minutes walk to the Indian area where there are superb Indian restaurants at very low prices.
All convenience stores sell very cols soft drinks, beer and spirits, though they are in a small cabinet away from main sales.
Prices are low compared to Europe but higher than the Philippines, lower than Japan or Korea.

Please don’t get scam by Binjai 8 premium soho !!! It’s not like the photo shows in the website. And worst as it has bed smells in the house and a lot of cockroaches!! I would not booked if I saw the photos of the house during booking time. It’s totally worst and doesn’t match with the price. I am advising to other travellers for not to choose this apartment as it is totally different from what they showed and described in the website. NIGHTMARE!!!!!!

Love KL!!
Love KL!! There is lots to do from shopping, seeing the sights like Petronas Towers (totally stunning at night. There is a Rooftop Restaurant/Bar called ENVI SKYDINING. Such a fantastic place to go for a meal or just a drink. Make sure it's around dusk or getting dark as you then get the amazing Petronas Towers all lit up for some fantastic photos. Maybe make a booking so you get in !!! Day trip to Genting Highlands is soo worth it. Day trip to Malacca. Plus all the around sights of KL, China Town, high end shopping, hop on hop off bus if you are pushed for time. Highly recommend a trip to Kuala Lumpur
What I liked the most was its location & convenience - easy access to everything such as public transportation (trains, monorail, bus, etc.), wide range of restaurants, supermarket as it's in front of Nu Sentral Mall and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. The hotel fulfilled my request for a room with a window. Thank you so much for that. But overall, this is a good hotel for a budgetary travel in KL especially for those solo travelers. :)
The room was huge and clean, eventho they are a budget hotel but their service is superb and the room is super nice like 4 and 5 star hotel. very convinience place and there is a lot of mamak’s restaurant and store nearby and the best part is the hotel is nearby NU shopping mall and monorail station is just next to the Hotel and suprisely no noisy at all..I love it and this hotel will be my first choice if I have a trip to KL.
Its one of those rare 5 star hotels where you can actually feel comfortable. Facilities are great, loved the pool! Room was spacious, comfy and clean, but what makes the hotel special is the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the perfect stay, all that with a friendly kindness whilst also staying professional. Location is great as well, right next to KL Sentral.
Traders is a wonderful hotel. very accommodating, we requested a smoking room late in the booking and were accommodated on a smoking floor. the room was cleaned each day while we were out, even on days when we were only out momentarily.
