Located in the quaint peaceful village of Vogar on the Reykjanes Peninsula, the Hotel Vogar offers spectacular views of Mt. Keilir, a cone-shaped volcano 1,243 ft high.

IT is about 15 min from airport. No restaurants nearby except for a wings place. It is not a hotel but a motel. Over all ok for one night stay

Great place fully equipped with everything you need and more. Nice location near the airport and Blue Lagoon. The owners were very nice and have put a lot of work into making your stay great.... it really shows. We would definitely come back.

The hotel was near the airport, but in an an uninteresting cluster of anonymous looking box hotels, no neighborhood to speak of. Town of Keflavic was short drive away for dinner. The room was clean and spacious, if sparse.

The family-run Hotel Keilir is within 5 minutes’ drive of Keflavík International Airport. It offers a shuttle service to the airport, plus free Wi-Fi and parking. All rooms have a balcony.

The staff was very helpful. We arrived around midnight but there is a night manager so we were able to check in. It is located in town so we could walk to many places. We also had a lovely view of the sea.

    It was close to airport.

    It was close to airport. Room was overpriced for the accommodation. Breakfast we had to pay for but wish we would have just stopped at a gas station instead. The guy wears a chef jacket but only thing that was cooked was boiled eggs. Price for breakfast was too costly for what you get.

    We booked Hotel Vogar to be close to the airport and not pay the high rates of those hotels next to KEF. That part worked exactly as planned and the 20 minute drive to KEF was simple. The buildings at Hotel Vogar are old, but that is fine because they are clean and spacious.

    Very good place to stay! all the rooms and the kitchen is new, very clean and comfortable. The woman that responsible to this palce reallt nice and helped us a lot with ideas to where to travel in the area. It is highly recommended hotel!!!!!!!

    The hotel is in a good location close to the blue lagoon and Keflavik airport. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely stay here again, great value for money!

    Motel-like hotel close to the airport. Huge room sleeping six! No kettle in the room but one is welcome to use the samovar in the kitchen. Friendly staff.
