Lots of stains on the carpet in my room so I hesitated to walk without footwear or socks. But other than that, the room was clean and comfortable.

We went to Watford purely for a family visit as this is where we used to live. It was great to go back and revisit some of our old favourite places and acted as a good base for us to travel out to other surrounding locations. I would however not recommend for a holiday destination as the main town centre has very few shops etc or much to see.
Great location for train line into London etc.

Watford is a great location from which you can access London. There are lots of different restaurants, shops and activities easily accessed in the centre of town. We found Watford was a great base to stay as it provided superb access to the Warner Bros Studios and the Harry Potter tour.

Near London but cheaper stay.
Near London but cheaper stay. Great location with the train station, lots of restaurants and shopping (Atria). I especially loved Simba Bru Coffee for coffee, Il Pellegrino for pasta, and Honest Burgers for burgers.
So spacious. Everything we needed, a home from home setting. Perfect for my young kids. The location - well it couldn’t have been any better. I did my research beforehand but I didn’t think the location would have been as amazing as it was. Minutes from train stations for central London, aswell as having a massive shopping centre at the end of the road for shopping, eating out and entertainment for the kids. We came down for Harry Potter studios, and the bus picks you up from Watford Junction station around the corner - fab!!
The staff are very friendly, the hotel was very clean very easy to find from Watford Junction Station. We had breakfast for the two days were here. Cooked and continental served all very nice for the both days.
The location of the Hotel for thoes that are going to Harry Potter studio London the bus is 3min walk and runs every 15 mins which can be found at Watford Junction Station as you come out. Their are security guards their that ask to see your tickets.
The hotel is perfect for visiting Warner Bros Harry Potter. If you bought your tickets already you can use shuttle bus from Watford junction. You walk like 2 minutes to the station. The breakfast was really good! So much options to eat. The breakfast woman are really friendly. The room was clean.
