The hotel is absolutely stunning and the room was huge. I had a ground floor room with double doors onto a terrace which was a lovely sun spot for room service!

Set between 2 of England’s principal motorways – the M1 and A1(M) – Luton is best known as an arrival point of cheap flights to London. A low cost carrier hub, Luton Airport is home to the unmistakable orange headquarters of Easyjet.
Booking.com offers hotels within the airport grounds, as well as accommodation including guest houses in the town nearby, many of which offer free parking. However, this is not the only reason to visit.
Luton once had an important role in hat-making, an industry which has given its name to the Hat Factory performing arts venue. The town’s huge carnival is based in leafy Wardown Park, home of Luton Museum and Art Gallery.
Local crafts from yesteryear are displayed in the discovery centre at Stockwood Park. Also here is one of the golf courses surrounding the town, and just east is a spa and swimming pool at the Luton Hoo country house hotel. Another golf course borders the Dunstable Downs to the west, and a third is by Whipsnade Zoo, the largest in the UK.
Luton shopping options include The Mall (previously the Arndale Centre), and the nearby station offers direct trains to London St Pancras. Available restaurants cover everything from Indian to Caribbean and Malaysian.

The room itself was very big.
The room itself was very big. Had its own kitchen and large sink/ cooker/ Microwave/ Kettle.
Even had a large family Fridge!! Room windows had good ventilation and secure. Lowest price room I found, would stay here again.
I managed to park my large Van securely and about 10 yards from front Hotel door. Plenty of nice takeaways / superstore within walking distance. Location is great between A1 between M1 motorway.

It is absolutely crap.
It is absolutely crap. I arrived there at around 12.30 pm, to be told that the room I had pre-booked through booking.com was not available!
According to the reception staff the hotel's computer had overbooked the rooms. Not good for a single woman arriving at the hotel after a long flight to Luton to find that the room I expected had been used for someone else. It was extremely inconvenient and upsetting, I was very tired. I will never book a Holiday Inn hotel again or use booking.com.

Liked: Moss house is clean, very close to Luton railway station, perfect for short stay if travelling from Luton Airport. My room was very comfortable, warm and quiet. There are two local supermarket close by if needed. Not liked: property needs a fridge in the kitchen also a dining table and four/six chairs. A spare WC 🚾 🚽 as there is only one Bath 🛀 room in the property. Other small additions of hooks in the bedroom and bath room. Host Raj was very helpful in providing local taxi details and was available when called for help. But needs to communicate 24 /48 hours in advance of arrival of guests in order to provide comfortable and stress free check-in process.

Airport was under construction and our driver was not able...
Airport was under construction and our driver was not able to drive up to the terminal so we had to walk 15-20 minutes to meet him at the long term parking lot. Buses were running 24/7, but did not seem to know about the bus stop right outside of our hotel for pickup or drop off. Security had me do the 360 scanner with several others despite having nothing in my pockets. An agent told me to keep my watch on and that was the only thing that could have set off the sensor. Another agent told others not to lean on the wall / initial sensor as it gives a false positive. Probably why so many of us were tagged for the additional screening. Not sure if the lady was an employee of EasyJet or Luton, but a rude lady was trying to get us to pay for our carry-ons to put in the overhead bins. We had no issues with putting our bags under our seats on the flight to Luton or on the return flight, but was told repeatedly we would need to pay for 3 of our 5 bags. We demonstrated repeatedly that they fit. Also not sure if it was EasyJet or Luton, but our 6:05am flight did not depart the terminal until 6:20am and after several stop, wait, go's along the way finally finished taxiing and was in the air at 7:16am.
The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the train and bus stations, which makes travel from/to London and Luton Airport very easy. It is easy to find. The staff at the reception are friendly and polite. I did not expect luxury. All I needed was a clean quiet room with a comfortable bed and a shower - and I got that. The room was warm, which is a big deal for England, especially this time of the year. It did not have a window, but it worked for me as it meant it was quiet. And it felt safe.
Convenient to Luton Airport. I stayed here - like so many other travellers - to catch an early morning flight out of Luton. There is an easy bus to/from Luton Town Centre and from there, it was a simple 5-minute walk to the hotel. The bus ran early in the morning, making it easy to catch my flight. Clean, basic hotel room contained everything I needed for one reasonably comfortable night.
We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Luton Airport and for its relatively cheap price and it was perfect for that. The staff are lovely and the restaurant is exceptional with freshly cooked Italian food - highly recommended.
Very cozy and clean hotel, walking distance from London Luton airport! If your flight is very early, you have possibi;iy to take something from breakfast buffet with you! The stuff is very friendly!
