As a Radisson Premium member, I got a very nice upgrade to a studio king room which was very nice with a great view of London from the 8th floor. The presentation of this hotel is excellent, and I think the price point is good compared to other less impressive hotels in Central London at the same price point.

I originally booked for the room with a view with balcony and kitchenette a month prior to booking. I put in a special request asking if they accommodate proposals in a hotel? But a response came back the next day saying they don't accommodate such requests and I thought nothing of it. So when I went to book in on the day the lady on the reception must have saw my request and said "one second please", and went in the back room I assume to talk to her managers about my special request, and comes back and says "you are our guest of the day and have a complimentary upgrade". I was super surprised and still shocked this happened which me and my now fiancé are super happy and still couldn't believe it. We recommend to everyone who decides to propose out there to choose this amazing hotel!

Great location, great view from the window.. (Bridge view) I also asked for a special request for my dad’s 60th and they put a bottle of wine and a happy birthday cake in the room as a good will gesture. I moved the bed so it was under the window so my dad got the best view in London :)

Wasn´t my first trip to London, won´t be the last.
Wasn´t my first trip to London, won´t be the last. Exploring never ends and revisiting some places is fun as well. If your english is ok, go to a show and/or play. Ride a bus (doesn´t really matter where to) and enjoy the sights. Buy an Oyster Card -it´s the easiest way to use public transport. And walk. Start at any place you like, stop at any place you like. Than take a map/your phone and decide what to do next. Just go with the flow!

London is an amazing city that offers a million activities and caters to everyone. We stayed seven days and it wasn’t enough to see it all. The biggest drawback is how expensive it is. Each metro ride in zone 1 is 2.60. You can’t find much to eat with 10 pounds. I would highly recommend it regardless of the expense. It’s worth it.

We chose the Westbridge Hotel as it was within walking distance to the Abba Voyage show. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the hotel was clean and not too big in comparison to other hotels in London. We were upgraded to a fantastic room on arrival which was a lovely surprise. We had a large spacious room with a huge bathroom, small fridge, a safe and a small balcony overlooking London. Our stay was very comfortable and we would recommend this hotel for anyone who is going to the Abba Voyage which is also well worth a visit.

An amazing city with so many different neighborhoods to explore. We never used public transportation, walking everywhere. Easy to get to many/most of the "sights". Took a 3 1/2 hour (round trip) on the Thames getting to Greenwich. This was so worthwhile. You need to be able to tolerate crowds as streets, like Oxford, are packed with tourists. It is a beautiful city and some fabulous architecture to admire. City is clean and well cared for. A wonderful mix of cultures wherever you go. We loved it.
The staff was very helpful, letting me stow my luggage before checking in and after checking out. The breakfast was adequate, but not like the full English breakfast I've had on other trips to England. (However, apparently, very few B & B's and hotels are serving the full breakfast anymore, at least as a part of your room charge.) The location is very convenient with the proximity to the Victoria Coach Station and train station, making it very easy to get around London. Also, the cost for 6 nights in London was exceptional.
Lone traveler, stayed one night. Very roomy for a London budget hotel. Stayed at the top floor where the roof was slanted which might cause issues for taller people but the actual room was very spacious compared to most cheaper London hotels. Room and bed were clean. Location is excellent, especially if you are interested in visiting Westfield shopping center more frequently, and there are two tube stations really close by.
Lovely hotel right near St Pauls. Room was quiet considering the location and nice and dark at night. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Hotel staff were lovely - friendly and efficient. Not cheap, but on a par with similar standard central london hotels. Both the coffee shop and breakfast were great. Loved the location.
Stayed in a single room that was equipped with a proper desk (not always the case in London's hotels!). Breakfast is a good one and the location as well (easily walkable distance to Soho and subway station 50 metres from the front door). Not necessarily cheap, but not expensive considering the level of the room provided.
I’ve stayed a couple of times in the hotel and the apartments. I can’t fault them for the price, clean and good sized rooms compared to other London hotels
