Fantastic location! Came straight from the airport and landed in beachy heaven and got a drink and a great meal at the place itself. Woke up early the next day for a swim and my own yoga practice right on the beach. Didnt need to leave but went to a nearby superstore for some supplies which was convenient.

All though all the staff was very friendly, Eli, the reception lady, is an absolute gem worth mentioning. She is funny and attentive and made sure to make our arrival a pleasant one.
The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was good. The hotel has several little chillout spots, including two pool areas which were quite nice. The art in the hallways is quirky yet tasteful.
All though I did not particularly like Boca Chica itself, I would recommend this hotel as a place to spend a little time right before or after a flight.

We stayed for one night only (arriving late and leaving early) and for that purpose it was more than enough! The staff was kind enough to receive us at 1.30 am after our flight. The room was spacious and the beds ok for one night.
We had great empanadas for breakfast and managed to exchange money right outside of the hotel.
