fantastic city so much to see and do, wonderful sites, museums, restaurants, bars, friendly people everywhere, public transportation is top notch and easy to use, advice get a week pass to trains, bus, trams etc. it is easier and more economical vs individual tickets. Thanks Berlin for a wonderful experience we will be back.

Loved Park Cafe for casual food, good beer, and big TVs for soccer watching. Easy transporation around town once we could get our Google maps to provide accurate directions. Boat ride on the Spree was relaxing and informative. The Jewish Museum was fascinating and moving. Great parks throughout the city.

I would recommend Berlin. The city has history that’s important to know. “Never again”. It wasn’t hot. Was raining for a few days. Was cold. We had a few beautiful sunny days. The food was delicious. A lot of places were closed for renovation.AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0

A great city with lots of options to do almost whatever you want. Just do a proper research ahead of your stay - it will improve and enhance your stay BUT you can also "go with the flow" and have a great stay. However, be sure to find a nice accommodation! There are many good options to fair prizes. AVOID "Hotel Garni Aaberna"!!!! This place is DIRTY and has a very abusive and rude host! Apart from "Tiergarten Park" I haven't marked any special tips as they're all good. However, I would strongly recommend a visit in the big sauna close to the main train station and if you like to dance there are many free options in parks etc. as for example in the venue/park named: "Monbijou"! This was a great venue with very good dancing!

Tram station is just opposite tot he hotel and with a 9-euro ticket (special for tourists from June, July and August - it can be bought from metro machines for tickets) you can travel whole Berlin and regional trains from whole Germany.
