The location is great for visiting lake Lugano. We liked everything - the rooms, the pool, the breakfast, the parking place.
Staff is amazing, they were able to arrange early check-in for all our 3 rooms (we kindly asked for one). The hotel also provided Ticino card which enables free public bus and train and discount on ferries and funiculars.
