Location was great, literally 2 min away from the Vatican. Every day they cleaned the room and the bed and the pillos were super comfortable ( must say) Alice was very kind and clear with the instructions how to open the room and she was always available. She was extremely patient with my Italian, I'm very grateful for it :) Every morning there was delicious breakfast, the room was immaculate - towels and bedsheets were changed regularly, the room and the bathroom were cleaned every day. When the temperature outside dropped, I've got an extra blanket. Besides, the bed was so soft and cosy, it was really difficult to leave it in the morning! The location is great - walking distance from Termini, but in a safe area, also easy to walk to Coliseum, many nice restaurants around. Next time in Rome I will book this hotel again without any hesitation! 😊
