Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. Gorgeous, clean and amazing location! The pool was a lovely addition. Our host could not have been more kind and helpful and we will definitely be back!

Location was very cool, in one minute you can go everywhere in old town. Cleaning lady and owner was very nice and helpful. Room is good but the window felt me a little bit uncomfortable because it’s directly street.

The terrace was gorgeous, there was a kitchen with everything and it was so lovely to sit out of the heat under the olive tree and relax. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer, so helpful and lent us beach towels when we didn’t have any.

Steve was a perfect host, he gave us all sort of useful information on arrival, about where to have breakfast, where several places we were interested in were, bus stops, distances, interesting sights and so on. He was attentive, generous and kind. Calma Rooms is a few minutes on foot from the centre but without the crowds or the noise there. Spacious room, spacious bathroom. Just 10' walk from the city bus terminal Sukoisan. We will stay here again, if we return to Split.

The room was perfect as described. Dino was really helpful during the stay. The location is central at 5 minutes from the historical center and 10 minutes from the port and the Riva. Split is a wonderful city and is a good place to explore Croatia by bus or by boat. The room is in a quiet street.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Hard to decide what to highlit. The beach is not too far and the water was so beautiful and clean. But if you get enough of the sea you can always have a blast at the pool. They have a wide variety for breakfast. All the stuff is nice and always greet the guests with a smile. We are especially thankful for Mirjam, she helped us a lot. We will definitely visit again.
