All the staff was really friendly, I arrived earlier that check in hours but the room was already ready. The room itself was spot on clean, with a great comfortable bed and several pillows. As I always say, an electric kettle is a plus, and you have most of what you need with kitchen ware for a short stay. The curtains nicely cover the light from outside and it's really quiet (good noice canceling from outside). Great shower with good water pressure! A great palace to stay!

The staff here are all SUPER kind and helpful. I arrived pretty early expecting to just leave my luggage, but they provided a room that was ready upon checkin and managed to early check in. They also offered complimentary coffee and snacks upon arrival:) the room isn’t fit for cooking a meal but definitely convenient enough to eat a quick meal. (Microwave dishwasher and all cutlery were there) The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night but the 24 WhatsApp communication was fairly well activated to resolve my queries throughout my stay. No housekeeping is provided during the 4 day stay but managed to clean my own room with the broom inside the room.(The room wasn’t that clean in the first place though) regarding the price i would highly recommend and would stay again if I had to go to London again. They also provide laundry detergent in the coin laundry room:)

The furnishings were beautiful and high quality such as the towels, pillows and duvets. We really appreciated the added extras like the fruit, coffee pods and milk. Our children loved their bunk beds and the tv in their room. The addition of a fan was also really appreciated. We can’t wait to book again to stay. Beautiful apartment and amazing value.
