Among the facilities at this property are a lift and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Top breakfast, delivered to the room. Staff is top, even during a black out due to a heavy thunderstorm someone came in after 10 min and took care of the problem until late at night. It was solved the next morning. Room 41 with a view to the sea in the far is great, our kids (4, 2) where happy.

The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. Our apartment on the fourth floor was sunny and warm, with two balconies. Our daughter slept on the fold out bed and then we asked for a twin bed in our room which was more comfortable for all. Staff is friendly and accommodating, they really want the guests to have a good time. Hotel has a small garden and a large lobby, very convenient for travel with kids. Well located near two tram stops (Jean Medecin and Durandy) you have lots of sights and transit options to see nearby. Nice to have a well equipped kitchen to cook if you don't feel like dining out, even had local friends over for dinner one evening. Good for families and people with kids.

The little baskets with breakfast items were adorable.

Staff were first class, friendly but also very helpful. The room was amazing, so big and with a kitchen area which was very useful! Beds were comfy and very big and towels of good quality. Although you had to pay extra if you wanted the room cleaned, for 3 nights we didn’t need it. however you could always get more clean towels if required. Never used this chain before but will look to use again

He helped us with issues not related to staying at L’Idrac.

The spacious apartment features 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a bath. Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Extremely well cleaned, everything like new. The apartment was well equipped with two double bedrooms, a lovely bathroom with shower and bath, a small outside terrace, useful if you are a smoker or want to dine outdoors. A balcony onto the street. The living room was furnished with two large sofas and modern TV so you could sign into your own Netflix Account to watch a movie. Outside, a large garage allows you to park off the street. We were easily able to get our hired BMW 4 series into the garage with room to spare. The apartment is literally only 2 minutes walk to the old town and restaurants and only 5 minutes walk to the cathedral and Tourist Information Centre. We only stayed here for 1 night but would have happily stayed for more. Great communication with our host, Rimi, thank you. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment.
