I was in transit for twelve hours, so booked them on Booking. The TV was not working and quite frankly I discovered closer hotels opposite the airport but staying here was the best thing that could have happened to me. I was asked back into the airport by Animal Control & security to clear some boxes and staff escorted and waited outside for me for over two hours. They went above and beyond to tell me about their country and people, took me out to lunch and paid for it as I did not have the local currency and no one took cards and also helped me plan my next trip to see Gorillas in Rwanda. The staff had studied tourism and as this was my area of interest, they explained that they would look up more information on my behalf while proposing more interesting itineraries. They booked my return taxis to ensure I got to the airport on time ...I could go on and on - basically this was the best experience possible. All I needed was a bed to rest and a place shower but I got soo much more!!
