Raw asparagus

Caraway seeds, toasted

Pumpernickel toast

Smoked salmon

Kosher salt; freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Shave asparagus lengthwise with a peeler. Season yogurt with caraway seeds; spread over toast. Top with salmon and asparagus. Season with salt and pepper.
