Back to TopMade these last night as the ingredients list played to a lot of my preferred flavors in cocktails, but the balance seemed off. The lime juice seemed to blow away the gin and the aperol. If I were to make again, I would reduce the lime juice and either up the aperol or the honey syrup. I could also see upping the gin in place of some of the lime juice if you wanted this to be more spirit forward.
