Perfectly ripe melons are only around for a few months, and this summer, we’re making every effort to make the most of their big, sweet, juicy flavor. But that doesn’t mean you’ll see us pulling out a melon baller and scooping them into soggy, saccharine, one-note fruit salads either. (Real talk: fruit salads can be great. Yes, really!).
