Previously, she oversaw food and wine coverage at The San Francisco Chronicle and worked as the Editor of Eater NY, where she spearheaded the investigation of Mario Batali’s alleged misconduct. She’s also worked as a local news reporter in Chicago and New York, and can be seen talking about race and food in season one of the Netflix docuseries Ugly Delicious.
