Eating at Buvette is like walking onto the set of a less trippy Alice in Wonderland. The plateware is small and the tables are miniscule, yet everything is just so damn charming. Chef-owner Jody Williams, who also owns a Buvette outpost in the City of Light itself, is a believer in the any-time-of-day meal. Buvette opens its doors at 8 a.m. and doesn’t shut them until 2 a.m.—and it’s packed pretty much the whole time. Go for breakfast and be treated to a more serene version of the restaurant—linger over coffee and scrambled eggs with prosciutto. For dinner, vegetables and anything served in a cocotte will do you right.

PRO TIP: Go at off times to be able to snag a seat and not feel too crammed in.

THE DETAILS: Open until 2 a.m., seven days a week.
