The Italian Sea Group (TISG) has revealed further details on its Admiral Quaranta model following the sale of the first unit in May 2024.
The 40-metre model will sit among the shipyard's semi-custom line and is the result of a collaboration between Monaco-based studio The A Group and the Centro Stile of The Italian Sea Group.
Highlights include an aluminium hull for minimised fuel consumption and a flexible internal layout "typical of a 60-metre yacht". Reduced management costs also make the model ideal for a clientele interested in chartering.
Accommodation is across six guest cabins, two of which are dedicated to the owner – one located on the main deck and a more spacious one on the upper deck. The latter has exclusive access thanks to an external staircase. Interiors are envisioned as "sporty and youthful", characterised by curves, soft surfaces and a "welcoming [...] discreet atmosphere" also suitable for chartering. Materials include honey Canaletto oak, rough sanded oak and light leathers.
Particular attention has been paid to the ergonomic study of all the internal volumes. Sharp corners have been avoided and all the edges of the surfaces have been gently rounded. The design follows a "cocooning" mood, enhanced by the overall atmosphere created by the refined materials.
On the main deck, the large saloon will feature three full-height windows, a living-dining space and a "technologically advanced" game area. Meanwhile, the aft deck is dominated by a full-beam staircase (described as the yacht's "signature" by TISG), followed by a drawer-like platform hidden by the beach club that triples the surface area when extended, "allowing sea access typical of larger yachts".

"We have created a harmonious synergy at the core of this project thanks to our strong expertise in terms of design, quality and innovation."
This follows the announcement that construction had begun on the shipyard's 53-metre hybrid Admiral model. The semi-custom superyacht is the third unit from the Panorama line but the first to be equipped with hybrid propulsion.
