Thank you. The identical center makes the most audible improvement to me. Was never really sold on the horizontal CC design. No matter how close the tweeters were in-line with the mains, I was never 100% happy with panning and especially timbre. The identical CC is the way to go, ...(more)

With 2ch, I would be perfectly content without a sub and I think most would agree in a small to medium size room. The bass on the Ref 1s are really tight, clean and articulate all the way down to 37hz. I have them crossed over at 60hz now with no issues but I might experiment with 80hz in the future just to see.

Regarding sub options, the single F112 is really overkill in my 12�x16�x9� room and I�ll likely go with 2 smaller subs. Debating now if it�s needed since I have no bass issues in my main listening position. (less)

During 2 channel playback, are the Meta's L & R holding their own when it comes to full range or is the F112 needed for the low end performance? Regarding the sub change out, wouldn't it be more practical to just acquire a F112 v2.? With the Room Perfect calibration, matching the 2 subs should be very doable. (less)
