Norway Home Prices Rise to Record in Fourth Month of Gains

Norway’s adjusted home prices extended gains to reach a new all-time high in April, adding to signs of a more resilient economy than the central bank projected.

Prices rose a seasonally-adjusted 0.7% last month from March, a fourth straight month of gains, according to data published by Real Estate Norway on Monday. Norges Bank expected a 0.4% increase.
