Birthing Beautiful Communities (BBC) and Village of Healing (VOH) are partnering with Creating Healthier Communities (CHC) to deliver comprehensive perinatal support for Black birthing people. This program is part of a research study seeking to decrease the rate of pre-term birth rates among Black women and Black birthing people through interventions such as free doula support/services, prenatal education, and a wide range of community and pregnancy-related resources. Additionally, participants will receive prenatal education from the Village of Healing Center, a medical clinic that can provide prenatal care through the duration of your pregnancy and postpartum. Participants can give birth at the hospital of their choosing and will be accompanied by their perinatal support doula. Those who qualify and complete the program requirements in full may receive up to $150 in incentives.
