Boys & Girls Clubs’ evidence-informed academic enrichment programs build on what young people are learning in school and help them discover topics they’re passionate about. By igniting their curiosity and excitement, Clubs help kids stay engaged with what they’re learning and connect their interests to future career paths.

Spotlight on STEM
Careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) continue to grow. At Boys & Girls Clubs, kids get access to technology and programs that ignite an interest in STEM concepts.
12th grade Club teens were twice as likely to express an interest in a STEM career as 12th graders nationally.
The percentage of Club girls who expressed interest in a STEM career was three times greater than that of their female peers nationally.
83% of Club youth say they like to participate in science projects.
