Carlo is a member of Bain's global Retail practice and of our Luxury Goods & Fashion vertical.

Since joining Bain, Carlo has advised luxury and fashion companies across topics such as branding and marketing, consumer behavior, strategic positioning, merchandising, go-to-market, digital transformation and operating model.

Carlo is a contributing author to the Bain's fashion and luxury IP, as well as a frequent speaker at fashion-luxury conferences and in university programs.

He holds both master’s and bachelor’s degrees in economics from Bocconi University, together with a Bachelor of Art History degree from the Courtauld Institute in London.
