Hurricanes pull off epic Devils troll using famous New Jersey celebrities

After the Hurricanes bounced the Devils from the NHL playoffs with an overtime winner in game five on Thursday night, the victors rubbed it in with a massive troll job on social media.

Shortly after the series was clinched in Raleigh, the Canes Twitter account posted a video that included a compilation of Cameo appearances from notable New Jerseyans congratulating the team on their series win, which seemed like a painful bit of betrayal from the famous Garden State celebrities after their only pro team was eliminated.

The list of stars included Jets superfan Fireman Ed, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino from Jersey Shore, Teresa Giudice from Real Housewives of New Jersey, and two notable cast members from The Sopranos in Frederico Castelluccio, who played Furio, and Vincent Curatola, who played Johnny Sack.

Talk about twisting the knife!
