Keeper Security is dismissing its lawsuit over Ars Technica's December 15, 2017 online article, and Ars Technica and Mr. Goodin are dismissing their claim for attorneys' fees against Keeper Security under the California anti-SLAPP Act. Ars Technica has added further clarifications to the article, Keeper Security has clarified its December 21, 2017 blog post and all parties are walking away without any payments and with a dismissal with prejudice. We are pleased to have resolved the matter.
