DISPLAY
4K UHD is great. If you watching 4K content - PrimeVideo, Disney+, etc - you will experience the actual 4K video quality.
While using UHD Set-top box also the picture quality is wonderful. Plus you get 4K Upscaling so SD and HD content is also elevated.
On NETFLIX the special DOLBY VISION or HDR content also gets justice. You can see a prompt on TOP of the screen if you watch HDR or Dolby Vision content.
Viewing angle is good. PRO TIP - Switch off excess light in the room.
Great thing about picture quality is it stays to the original natural color and doesn’t add hue or tint to showcase its picture like cheap chinese mobile brands selling TV.
Got this TV especially to work with the new PS5 which it does with MEMC and HDMI 2.1. Zero lags and juttering. Full ON hardcore gaming!
SOUND
My TV came with built-in 36W speakers with DOLBY ATMOS and this baby does not disappoint!
You can tell the speakers are well-tuned because they deliver good dialogue, music, and audio.
If you crave for the extra oomph and thump you can use a nice sound bar with the eARC port, but for a home TV these are good.
GOOGLE TV
Google TV is worth all the HYPE as the next best OS.
Super easy and responsive.
Understands your watching patterns and provides suggestions. PRO TIP: Use your own profile.
Plus many hidden goodies, you will love to explore.
Supports video calling - OK GOOGLE is more effective and gets attached with different OTT apps too - PLAY STORE has more apps now (10000!!)
HARDWARE
To support GOOGLE TV these guys have provided nice configuration too - 64BIT QUAD CORE PROCESSOR 2GB RAM & 16GB STORAGE.
After all the default apps still you get plenty STORAGE space.
HDMI 2.1 & DUAL BAND WIFI keep you fueled with high speed connectivity.
BONUS:comes with a built-in device manager can be used to optimize the performance if the system gets slow. remove extra trash and unwanted apps.
DESIGN
ACER's unique frameless design is wonderfull
overall build quality is sturdy and stands are good
ADDITIONAL PLUS POINTS:
you will appreciate the certified GOOGLE TV OS & NETFLIX, unlike fake brands like THOMSON etc who provide fake bypass apps!!
Better to invest a few extra bucks and get original certified OS and APPS for the best experience.
