I have medium sensitive skin, especially around the jaw line, and I have medium to oily skin the end of the day. I never know what will set it off until I try a product, and both the cleanser and lotion were good to go for me. Absolutely no irritation, redness, itchiness, etc. Both are truly fragrance free and only have a very light aroma of the products themselves.
The cleanser is light - it's clear and creates a light lather when you work it a bit. It's the consistency of like a hand/dish soap, and it doesn't have any abrasive beads/husks/powders. I felt it did a good job, even with a few days of stubble. It left my skin feeling clean and refreshed, and I didn't experience over-production of facial oils afterword. I wouldn't describe it as "deeply pore cleansing" or anything, but the skin definitely felt thoroughly cleansed.
The lotion is also light weight. Its kind of runny (which I don't mind at all) - thicker than hand soap, but thinner than a lot of other hand lotions/creams. It goes on smoothly and feels good. No greasiness or lasting shine. Areas like around the nostrils or jawline didn't need a second application, it does a good job. I can't really say I noticed any increased firmness or tightness or whatnot, but the skin felt good and visibly appeared hydrated, with no dry spots or patchiness.
Overall, good products. They are simple, effective, and there's no nonsense or gimmicks with them. I definitely prefer the unscented aspect of these. I would get these again.
