Lots of towel options to suit your needs
A nice set if you need something quick with lots of towel options. It comes with 2 potholders & 2 oven mitts, 3 styles of kitchen towel (6pcs), 2 styles of dishwashing towels (8pcs), 2 flour sack dish towels (not sure what those are for, maybe drying dishes?... lol) Great starter set and comes in a lot of colors. I'm probably going to only use the kitchen towels and pot holders though. I use a Scrub Mommy and Daddy to wash dishes and I'm not going back! The extra towels will be great for household cleaning though and little chores where you may need towels for something. Overall a great buy for the price as these aren't those cheap discount store towels and are a decent qualityUPDATE: I used the potholders for a hot dish that I had in the oven at 250 degrees for 3 hours and while I didn't burn my hands, I could feel the heat creeping through while navigated it to the counter. So while these would probably be great for warmer things you can't grab with your bare hands, I wouldn't trust these to protect me with a full dish that I've just pulled out of the oven. It doesn't appear there is insulation so be cautious and test what you have to pick up before you do

Before using them, we washed the set, mindful to include a color catcher. This was a wise decision, as there was a noticeable color bleed from the indigo towels. Thankfully, the color catcher prevented any issues, and the towels maintained their vibrant hue while coming out beautifully soft and absorbent. The quality of the craftsmanship is evident, with the towels showing very few loose threads, a testament to their durability.
This set not only meets the functional needs of a busy kitchen but also adds a stylish touch to the cabin's decor. The towels' absorbency makes them practical for both everyday use and more demanding kitchen tasks, ensuring our guests can feel at home.

This review is for Lane Linen Kitchen Towels and Dishcloths Sets - 20 Pc Kitchen Essentials for New Home, Heat Resistant Oven Mitts & Pot Holder, Absorbent Flour Sack Dish Towels, Dish Towels for Kitchen - Grey. This is a really nice set of kitchen towels and linens. I was more interested in the oven mitts and pot holders so there is way more in this set than I really need, but it’s nice to have extras. I like the thick pot holders and oven mitts but the mitts don’t feel “graspy” enough for me. Besides the thumb, I think there’s too much material which gets in the way of firmly grasping the sides of, say, a hot casserole dish. The grip is pretty good (i.e it’s not slippery) but the grasping is a bit wanting. I love my current single oven/grill mitt because it has good grip and grasp and I was hoping the new mitts would feel the same way but they just don’t. There seems to be a lot of excess material which gets in the way. I also do not like where the hanging loop is on the oven mitts. They really need to be at the opening because it’ll be easier to hang up. Otherwise, everything else is fine. Overall, this is still a nice set of kitchen towels, linens and pot holders. The oven mitts could be improved but the thickness and grip is fine. I would give the set a 4.5/5.0 - 06/08/2024.

They are pretty, but I think they could work better.
I washed all the towels before use and they experienced a small bit of shrinkage, between 1/4 - 1 inch depending on the piece. I washed in cold water and dried on the line. I have used them to dry dishes and they are not very absorbent. Maybe they will soften up after I wash them a few more times?
The pot holders and mitts work fine, although I wish the hanging loops were a bit longer and thinner so I could hang 2 on a peg instead of just one.
The colored dishcloths have an extra piece of scrubby fabric sewn on one side, which is nice if you need that. The white dishcloths are basically white washcloths.
I would rather have a smaller set of items that would be more absorbent.
Lots of pieces, but not as functional as I had hoped.
