Easy/basic LEDs for costumesThere are multiple ways to light your costumes. I found these materials and this method suit my basic LEDs the best. 12v cuttable strips - not including battery packs. They can be cut down to the size you need and are easy to solder. Extra wire and soldering iron kit. 9v Battery packs with on/off switches. Underpowered for 12v strips, but work just fine and still give off plenty of light. Plastazote EVA foam for diffusing the lights
