Kept setting the story aside in frustration at the dumb moves of Rae... not enough background to come up with any reasons for them except for she was TSTL. Got better and finally finished it.

I saw this on BookTok and thought it would be just another poorly written Kindle Unlimited smut book whose plot serves to carry people from one sex scene to the next. But no!

This book is really good! Very well written with a very unique plot and spooky vibes. Yes, there's smut - and its good smut - but the book is very much actually about the plot. I loved the characters and their interactions. I can't wait to see what else Harley LaRoux has in store!

The best part of this book for me was the story line. I very much enjoyed the characters and their relationships. But it got a littler rougher than my taste. To each their own! And that didn’t impact my enjoyment of the book.

I stumbled upon this book a few months ago and absolutely fell in love with it. It has become one of my top three favorite book/series! I instantly followed the author, and the facebook group where I then became lucky enough to receive an ARC of Her Soul for Revenge. If you love dark, bdsm, paranormal romance than look no further because here it is!
