    Small and simple.
    This is a really simple Lego kit, a little too small actually. A lot of the pieces are pre-molded rather than being built. My 5 year old put it together in about 15 minutes by herself. Her 2 year old brother can actually put it together himself too, with a little direction from the 5 year old. It's good very basic beginner kit with a satisfying final product (and a tiny little scorpion), but if your child has any previous Lego experience I would suggest on of the creator 3 in 1 vehicle kits instead.
