I ordered both shampoo and conditioner: Pos: Delivery and packaging good. I was surprised at the tiny amount needed and the wonderful suds created. Hair and scalp felt very clean after use. No flowery smells, just clean. Negs: I would use this every 3thd time you shampoo, as it seems to dry out the scalp a bit and may result in additional itching, not for everyday use but a good super cleanse for the scalp to zap flakes, itch and clean free of any coating other shampoos or conditioner may leave on hair or scalp.
