I have 8 of these installed for my outdoor and indoor lighting. Easy to install but WiFi hook up slightly difficult and may require several tries. Instructions could be cleaner as most schematics or diagrams did not show load side. Needs a neutral (white) wire in the electrical box to enable powering the unit. Have had them working about a month with no issues. Most power led bulbs so mild electrical current. Will see how long internal relays will last.
