It's a bit tricky to initially set up, it was humming very low for a day and I started to worry about it being defective or the Bose Music software letting it down like some people have said, but I went into the Sound Bar settings and clicked on audio and increased the bass from 0 to 60 to 80 to 100 and Wow! It really does make the room vibrate. I also re-ran the Adaptiq (with the bass module on, unlike most suggestions which say you have to turn off the bass module before running Adaptiq) - so I can't be 100% sure if it was the Bass setting or the Adaptiq or both - but it works and fills the room
