Ok, sports bras are not normally something I would order online. However, I've bought this same bra in a Nike store before so I knew my size and knew it would fit. If you have difficulty sizing yourself, you might want to try on one in a store and then order this from Amazon (trust me it's cheaper here).
I'm a size 34B. This medium bra is a perfect fit for me. I'm an avid runner and I also do cross training. The bra is snug enough to keep me comfortable doing either. In fact, I just ran a half marathon in this bra last week. Zero chaffing, comfortable fit, minimal bounce. If you want absolutely no movement at all or are a C or larger you might want to look at something more sturdy. But for me, it's perfect for running and any vigorous exercise even though Nike only rates it for medium impact activities.
Easy wash in cold in your machine, just make sure to air dry it. Happy running my friends!
