I purchased several rolls of this in the opacity called Pure. A few factors drove my purchasing decision: THE ABILITY TO GET IT QUICKLY, attractiveness, opacity (I wanted maximum light transfer), and ease of installation. This wasn't the quickest of deliveries, but I didn't have to wait awfully long for it, so that part of the transaction was acceptable.

Unfortunately, when it did arrive as two separate orders, one of the rolls delivered to me was white instead of Pure. Irritated as all get out by this for reasons I'll explain in a minute, I referred back to my order, and whoever packed my orders just flat out sent the wrong item in white instead of the correct one in Pure. This is *really bad* because now, my windows now don't match, which just looks like a trashy after thought - and that's an aesthetic that I wasn't going for, so I'm definitely not pleased with that. I would have gone through the insanely inconvenient hassle that is a return on Amazon, except that my #1 reason for ordering this was that the delivery was quick. This was purchased to accommodate a foster dog with reactivity issues who was having a rough time with visuals outside of our house: I needed something fast for his needs, and something matching, with acceptable opacity and light transfer for mine. I was flat out stuck with what was sent to me, as by its delivery time, there just wasn't the luxury or time for a return. I'm still salty about it. To make things worse, the roll of white arrived with creases that penetrated the entire roll, which presents adhesion issues during install and gives you areas afterwards where the film doesn't cling (also displeased with that). Rolls that aren't perfect shouldn't ever leave the factory OR a third-party shipper due to the nature of the product. Lastly, none of my rolls are the lengths stated in the item's description. I measured all of my windows in advance and should have had enough left over for a few more small windows if I needed it; instead, I'm significantly short. All of these things combined means that I now have a large window that had to be "patched", and since my films don't match, it looks like a hot mess. If I'd have received everything in Pure as I'd ordered, this wouldn't be noticeable to anyone but me, but with all the mistakes combined, it makes me bitter every time I look at it. (Patchy windows look bad from both inside and out!)

On the positive side, it does cling very nicely. If an area pulls away, just mist the area and squeegee again to remove bubbles. I suggest using a straight edge/T-square and razor blade knife for cutting crisp edges. Have a large area for triple checking your measurements and cutting. The protective film backing sticks a little too well, so be prepared to wrestle with it and become frustrated. You'll get it off eventually, but that was the worst part of putting it up. It repositions easily, so lining up edges and corners isn't a big deal if you find it's going crooked. Large windows require two people or the weight of the film will pull it down if you're trying to put it up alone. While I'm not big on having my windows covered, it's been a really handy solution for my purpose and it would be nice after investing the time to size and cut it all to be able to re-use it in the future, though I have no idea how you'd store it.

I do like the way the Pure looks, but would only order again if I could be certain that I'd get the correct product in the actual length stated (this is too expensive to not get exactly what you've paid for!)
