We purchased this for our baby, who is now a toddler. The customer service of hiccapop is absolutely amazing. They really do back the lifetime guarantee. We had the tray button snap off and a defective tear in the seat. Messaged them about it, provided proof of purchase, photos of the defects, and address! Replaced with easy! Super happy and have purchased more for our second baby!
