I used this to fix a big coffee table. The veneer had lots of scratches and tiny dents from regular use. After an hour of work I restored the table to very good condition, you can barely notice any damage.

-The wax sticks were useful for small surface dents and scratches. They blended in well. Also you can redo any applications by simply rubbing out the wax. It was easy to apply once you get used to it. A small child could do it. I did most of the coffee table repairs with the wax stick.

-I was not a fan of the markers as they don't blend in well and hard to control. As soon as you touch the wood with it, alot of dye runs out and soaks the wood. The color is very aggressive and often does not match. Also you can't redo/correct applications as the coloring is permanent. This makes it very hard and nerve racking to use the marker. I did use the markers on areas where the wax stick simply would not work like on the edges and big dents. The edges came out good but the big dents still don't look good (they look better than before though).

Overall this is a good buy at $10.
