It's hard to get the right angle to show the bend in the damaged shelf, but one if the shelves was bent/damaged upon arrival - yet the shipping box was not damaged (therefore the product was packaged with damage).
Overall, the assembly was easy and the unit seems sturdy. I expect the unit to work as expected. Just wish the manufacturer had better QA standards.
