Service great. Only problem was when they mailed back my item they forgot to put my apartment number and my item was flagged undeliverable by UPS. This lead to a 15 minute call to UPS and 2 30 minute calls to Asurion. Asurion was able to correct their mistake and I received my item the next day. It was minor hiccup and they took care of the problem and I am very satisfied with the repair to my iPad.
