Our cats were forming a protest. Starting a mutiny if you will. Banded together, they decided to strike against using the litter box. Agreements were made even between those who didn't get along. They became a force. Bad enough if you have just one cat, but we have 5 in the home. The chaos! It was never ending cleaning, paper towel tossing, hair pulling (my own). Boxes were moved, tops were taken off (not mine...I'm speaking of the litter box tops), deep cleaning was performed. After feeling like I had spent the last of my energy doing all I could to clean the areas and put things back together, one walked over to where I stood and proceeded to pee on the floor I had just cleaned. What. Is. Going. On??? There were no medical issues and nothing in the household had changed. I saw this attractant powder and decided to give it a shot. I mean, what else did I have to lose....besides my sanity? The box arrived. I opened it and a cloud formed. The lid on the container had come off, spilling its herbal form inside. Luckily, I was able to salvage it. Note to Amazon, tape the lids shut. I cleaned again and sprinkled some inside. I kept the tops off the boxes and put them away for now. Then I waited and hoped for the best. It's been almost a week. Not an "accident" in sight. No defiant stares as they defecate on my just cleaned floors. I don't know if it's this product, the intense cleaning I've done, the removal of the litter box lids, a combo of all that or they just decided that they drove me close enough to the edge so it was time to back off because they can't lose their food source, but I'm scooping again and it's glorious. There is peace.....for now.
