This chrome book is from July 2023. It was dropped and the screen cracked. I purchased the insurance in May and once it was active for past purchases, put in a claim with this picture. Within minutes was sent an email they would send me a gift card for the cost of the Chromebook once it was returned. I was emailed a free shipping label, dropped it off at UPS and within 2 hours was emailed the gift card. Easiest process I’ve ever had!
