Okay-Maybe I should give this a 3 because I really do like the towels and dishcloths. They seem to be of good quality. But the hot pads are terrible. I washed them in cold water and hung them to dry when I first received them and the stitching is already coming undone. I also tried to pull cookie sheets out of the oven at 350 and could feel the heat through the pads. I'm frustrated, I have had higher quality hot pads from the dollar store. Save the money and buy the dishcloths and towels separately.
Update: customer service for this company is truly awesome. They reached out and did everything they could to ensure I was satisfied. I don't think I will repurchase the hot pads but the towels and dish cloths are awesome and a company with great customer service earns my repeat purchases. Thanks again!
