After reading the other reviews I was kind of scared of the purchase I made. However since I have received this I LOVE IT!! There is no serial number on the front of mine like other reviews mentioned (maybe they fixed that), toilet paper rolls fine and doesn't fall off. I am 100% happy with my purchase and will be ordering more for my other bathrooms. Easy installation. I highly recommend!
