The wood looks good. However, it's no good if the parts are missing! I hope it's an isolated mistake but for me, it is frustrating. They did respond and said they'll send replacements but it's been more than a week and I'm still waiting... On top, I had to pay my handyman who came to install the arbor.
I'll update the review once (if) they fix it
