I bought tiles like this over 10 years ago and put them on the lanai. No more sweeping up the dirt, water drained quickly and they were easy on the bare feet. The Hawaiian sun did a number on them over the years - the teak weathered pretty well but the plastic structure underneath disintegrated on about a third of the tiles, particularly the ones that saw a lot of traffic. Still, they were so good we decided to replace the entire lanai (about 300 ft2) and find another home for the other tiles that were still serviceable. We ordered these, put them down over the last weekend and they look great. On top of that, my neighbors took all of the other tiles and put them to use in their units.
Easy to install - used a table saw to cut/fit the ones that needed it. Highly recommend these if you have a solid foundation to set them on and want a product that will make you smile every time you use it.
